How can I create an Account?

Subscribing to our newsletter doesn't automatically create an account. Create one on the account page so you can checkout faster and track orders.

What if I forget my password?

Visit the sign-in page and click “Forgot your password?” Then follow the prompts to reset it.

Do you sell gift cards?

At this time we do not offer or sell gift cards.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay where available.

What ship methods are offered?

See our Shipping Policy. Orders ship Monday–Friday excluding federal holidays.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, via USPS standard shipping. Expedited shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO Address?

Yes. Transit times can take up to 45 business days.

Do you Ship Outside the US?

Yes. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes at delivery. International orders are final sale.

How Do I check the status of my Order?

If you have an account, open My Orders. If not, email support@spraedyground.com with your order number, billing last name, and email or zip code.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Email support@spraedyground.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

What is the Quality Warranty?

We offer a limited warranty on defects in materials. Email support@spraedyground.com or see Warranty.

How do I care for my Backpack?

Spot-clean with a damp washcloth. Do not put it in the washing machine.

How much weight can my backpack hold?

Backpacks hold up to 25 lbs (11 kilos), carry-on luggage up to 37 lbs (17 kilos), and large luggage up to 61 lbs (27 kilos).

What is your return policy?

Unworn, undamaged, tagged items within 30 days of purchase for US orders. International orders are final sale. See Return and Refund Policy.
