Here is how Sandmarced processes and ships backpacks, bags, and luggage on this store.

Processing time

• Standard processing: 1–2 business days after you place the order (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Peak drops and holidays: up to 3 business days.

When the package leaves the warehouse, we email a tracking number.

Transit time

• U.S. standard shipping (contiguous United States): 3–7 business days in transit.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: 5–10 business days in transit.

Most contiguous-U.S. customers receive standard-shipping orders 4–9 business days from the order date. Free shipping offers, when shown in the announcement bar, apply as stated at checkout.

Delays we cannot control

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses. If a box never shows, email us with your order number.
